We accept same-day baggage delivery from Kyoto Station to hotels in Tokyo.

■How to use

① Reservation and payment (until 10:30 AM on the reservation day) 

After reservation/payment, you will receive a “reservation ticket” via the reservation completion email.

②Drop-off (until 10:30 AM on the reservation day) *Drop-offs after 10:30 AM are not possible.

Present your “reservation ticket” at the service counter, attach the special tag to your luggage

③  Pickup (after 6:00 PM on the reservation day)

Tell the front desk of the designated hotel in Tokyo your name and pick up your luggage.

(As soon as delivery to the hotel is completed, a delivery completion notification will be sent to your email.)

■Baggage that can be checked in:

① Suitcases and bags that close with a zipper, etc.

*Strollers packaged in cardboard or packaging (simple packaging such as bubble wrap is acceptable) can also be delivered.

②The sum of the baggage's length, width, and height is within 200 cm, and it weighs less than 30 kg

■Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations made after 9:30 AM on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

① If the user enters incorrect delivery information (hotel name) or user information (guest reservation name), the baggage may not be delivered.

② Baggage delivery is limited to those with a record of their reservation at the relevant hotel.

Please note that if a user who does not stay at the delivery destination delivers their baggage to the facility, the facility may refuse to accept it.

③ Delivery may be suddenly canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (typhoon, heavy snowfall, unpredictable traffic jams, train suspension, Shinkansen timetable disturbances, etc.).
