■How to use

① Reservation  (until 10:30 AM on the reservation day) 

After reservation, you will receive a “reservation ticket” via the reservation completion email.

②Drop-off (until 10:30 AM on the reservation day) 

Attach the special tag to your luggage, bring it to the "Tokyo Station Dedicated Counter," and drop it off.

③  Pickup (after 9:00 PM on the reservation day)

Tell the front desk of the designated hotel in Kyoto your name and pick up your luggage.

(As soon as delivery to the hotel is completed, a delivery completion notification will be sent to your email.)

■Baggage that can be checked in:

① Suitcases and bags that close with a zipper, etc.

*Strollers packaged in cardboard or packaging (simple packaging such as bubble wrap is acceptable) can also be delivered.

②The sum of the baggage's length, width, and height is within 200 cm, and it weighs less than 30 kg
