• What kind of service is this?

    This is a same-day delivery service that transports your luggage via Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo hotels to Kyoto city hotels.

  • How much does it cost?

    Delivery by 6:00 PM: ¥15,000 (excluding tax)

    Delivery by 9:00 PM: ¥12,000 (excluding tax)

  • When do cancellation fees apply?

    Free until 9:00 PM the day before delivery (Please cancel via confirmation email)

    100% fee after 9:00 PM the day before delivery (Please contact via chat)

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We only accept credit card payments on our dedicated website.

  • When should I make my reservation?

    Please make your reservation by 9:00 PM the day before delivery.

  • When should I drop off my luggage?

    Please drop off your luggage at your hotel's front desk or bell desk by 9:00 AM on the day of delivery. 

    Please present your reservation ticket.

  • Can I still drop off my luggage after the deadline?

    We cannot accept luggage after the 9:00 AM drop-off deadline.

  • What items can I send?

    Suitcases and bags with secure closures (zippers, etc.) only.

    Maximum dimensions: combined total of all three sides within 200 cm, weight under 30 kg.

    Packaged strollers (simple bubble wrap packaging acceptable) and cardboard boxes are also accepted for delivery.

  • What items cannot be sent?

    1. Perishable items (fresh food, refrigerated/frozen goods), animals, plants
    2.  Plastic bottles, opened beverages (liquids)
    3. Luggage with umbrellas, walking sticks, etc. attached to the side
    4. Unclean items, items with odor, or items that may decay or deteriorate
    5. Precision equipment (computers, tablets, cameras, mobile phones) and fragile items (pottery, etc.)
    6. Valuables (cash, checks, bills, securities, passports, tickets, precious metals, important documents, items worth over ¥300,000)
    7. Human remains, ashes, memorial tablets
    8. Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals, fuels, toxic substances, specimens, pathogens, firearms, swords, etc.)
    9. Inadequately packaged items (bags/sacks that don't close properly), items deemed at high risk of damage
    10. Other items deemed unsuitable for transport
  • Can strollers be delivered?

    Yes. Packaged strollers are accepted (simple bubble wrap packaging acceptable). 

    Unpackaged strollers cannot be delivered.

  • Can cardboard boxes be delivered?

    Yes. Please attach the luggage tag with tape.

  • Can I send unpackaged items like open bags?

    No. Items that don't close properly cannot be sent.

    Please place them in cardboard boxes or package them completely.

  • Can I send damaged luggage?

    If it is determined at check-in that the damage makes shipping impossible, we cannot accept the item for delivery.

  • Where can I drop off my luggage?

    At the front desk or bell desk of participating hotels in Tokyo.

  • What time will my luggage arrive?

    Pick up from 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM or later at your destination hotel's front desk.

    You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your luggage has been delivered.

  • I made a mistake in my booking information.

    Please make a new reservation. To prevent misdelivery, please double-check that the hotel name and guest name match your reservation exactly.

  • What compensation is provided for damaged luggage?

    For loss, theft, damage, or soiling of luggage in this service, we provide compensation based on the luggage value and the extent of the damage, with the item's value at the point of shipment as the liability limit (maximum ¥300,000 per package).


    Please note that the following are excluded from compensation:

     luggage defects, natural wear and tear, items over 30kg, age-related deterioration or luggage-specific defects, detachable parts such as wheels or protruding elements, accessories such as straps or name tags, and minor damage (scratches, stains, dents).

  • Can you deliver from Kyoto to Tokyo?

    No, currently we only provide service from Tokyo to Kyoto hotels.

    Kyoto to Tokyo service is under development.
