Simply drop off your luggage at your hotel in Tokyo and pick it up at your hotel in Kyoto on the same day.

How to Use

Book Online

Deadline: 9 PM the day before

Easily make your reservation and payment through our website. After booking, you'll receive a "booking ticket" via email.

STEP.2

Drop Off Your Luggage

Deadline: 9 AM on departure day

Show your "reservation ticket" at your hotel's front desk,, attach the provided tag to your luggage, and drop it off.

STEP.3

Pick Up Your Luggage

Available: After 6 PM or 9 PM

Provide your name at the destination hotel's front desk to collect your luggage.
*Collection times vary depending on your plan.
*You will receive a delivery confirmation email.

When is the cancellation deadline?

Cancellation is free until 9:00 PM the day before delivery. Please cancel through the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
A 100% cancellation fee applies after 9:00 PM the day before delivery. Please contact us via chat for late cancellations.

What payment methods are available?

We only accept credit card payments on our dedicated website.

What items are accepted for delivery? (Size limits, etc.)

We accept suitcases and bags with secure closures (zippers, etc.) only. Size limit: combined dimensions of all three sides within 200 cm, weight under 30 kg.
*We also deliver packaged strollers (simple bubble wrap packaging is fine) and cardboard boxes.

Which hotels can I pick up my luggage at?

Please collect your luggage at the front desk or bell desk of participating hotels in Kyoto. *This service is limited to guests staying at participating hotels.
